What is Bonanza?
The Covers Bonanza is our way of saying thank you for your loyalty and continued business with us.

How do I join Bonanza?
Your Covers sales representative will have spoken to you about Bonanza and asked if you wish to join. It’s that easy.

How does it work?
You will receive 2% of your total spend (ex. vat) from the selected suppliers (see Bonanza Suppliers page) during the Bonanza promotional period.

 

 

 

 

When is the qualifying period?
Between 1st September and 30th November 2025. Any orders placed (collected or delivered) after this date will not qualify for Bonanza rewards.

What are the rewards?
You will be rewarded with a Love2shop Gift Card which is accepted at 90 different high-street brands and attractions, along with holidays and experience days.

How will I know how much I have spent?
You will receive an email from Covers every month that will show your current spend. You can also call 01243 791475 or email: bonanza@coversmerchants.co.uk for an update.

When will I get my Love2shop Gift Card?
Your rewards will be automatically redeemed** for you in December 2025, and your Love2shop Gift Card will be delivered to you before Christmas.

Are there any benefits by attending?
Yes. In addition to the Bonanza rewards, you will be able to meet Covers staff and our suppliers to discuss new products/future projects etc. We will also be supplying food and will be pleased to join you for a drink!!

Will I benefit from the Bonanza Rewards if I do not attend?
No, only attendees are eligible for Bonanza Rewards.

Can I bring my family?
The Bonanza is only open to customers and their business partners.

Can transport be arranged?
Yes, transport can be arranged from your nearest branch to Fontwell Park Racecourse. Please ask your local branch manager for more details.

Can I convert my Bonanza Rewards into cash?
No, Love2shop Gift Cards can only be used at the selected high-street branded shops.

Will I still get my trade terms on orders placed?
Yes, unless there are special ‘Bonanza’ offers at better prices than your normal rates. Some existing contracts may be excluded if they are subject to special price agreements.

What if orders placed during the Bonanza period cannot be delivered until after the end date?
Delivery of all Bonanza orders must be completed by Monday 1st December 2025. All the Bonanza Rewards will be calculated, and your Love2shop Gift Cards will be available from the week commencing Monday 8th December 2025.

**Your credit account with Covers must be fully paid and up-to-date in line with the payment terms we have agreed with you, throughout the duration of the Bonanza period. Rewards will only be issued against purchases that have been paid for in full and if there are overdue balances on your credit account with us, we reserve the right to withhold the rewards until you have paid the overdue balance in full and cleared funds.
